Tired of cooking the same old stuff, I chose a recipe from the Cooking Channel called Fabio’s Lazy Tuna, courtesy of David Rocco and his show Dolce Vita. All I had to buy was the tuna – but I think this dish would make a great side without it.
I love layers of flavor and this dish has it all. The fennel seeds and lemon zest give this simple creation depth and complexity. Thumbs up to the chef.
