One of my first delicious experiences with Seablue was a few years ago on New Year’s Eve. My husband and I indulged in a 5 course menu complete with wine pairing. It was a feast for the palate and an assault to the credit card (over $600) – but entirely worth it.
Recently John and I went to AC for his birthday and decided that Seablue would be our dinner destination. We sat at the cool, modern bar and enjoyed yet again another great meal.
You must start with the very different Lobster Corn Dogs which are tasty and interesting. The Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass is a deep flavor experience with Udon noodles, rock shrimp, baby Bok choy and mushroom dashi. If you are more adventurous try the Seablue Paella Risotto with clams, mussels, scallops, chorizo, sofrito and braised rabbit. The smells emanating from your plates are incredible.
You will not be disappointed. If you have some extra $$$$$ lying around and want to treat yourself and your better half to a taste experience. Try Seablue.
