The on again, off again diet is back on full force. I started back up on Monday – weigh in: a scary 178. Yep. I gained more. Must be all that damn macaroni!
Anyway… by Wednesday morning I lost 4 pounds of water. Yay me!
It’s amazing what you can do when you eat properly! I better get my ass back on the Wii Fit again.
